Never mind, unwind!

Happiness is a concept I believe; that is never overrated. After all, it’s a feeling of abundance. With the chillness sinking in, the heart seeks the best of moments filled with joy, love, and laughter.

After rumbling into madness and chaos, the silence is a humble abode. Stillness speaks indeed. Have you ever experienced the bliss of a good break?

For all those occupied all day and making it through with a big, hearty smile, there is never a time as precious as this. Work all that you can but do not undermine the worth of the time off. Celebrate your hard work, for no other would do it for you. Make your moments fulfilling, time runs, after all. Take courage to do that something, that may not mean anything to another, but the most to you.

Your escape could be unique, for each of us have our own getaways. The big vacation or a cup of coffee on your balcony, what is your moment of bliss should never be compromised.

Don’t let anyone take that away from you, for a few distractions make the best compassion. Give yourself the finest gift, a wholesome you.

The duel is not with others, it’s after all, with yourself. An illusion we often dive in, just so we could vent away. So, when you know you have done a good job, pat yourself and give yourself what you deserve. Be a storm that you would chase, take the phase later, just to gaze. For your contentment, is your only ray that would always slay. Don’t forget to wear that smile on your sleeves, appreciate the self for all that you have done. 

Each one of us has our own addictions. Reward, for no one could inspire you better than the best version of yourself. Work hard, don’t forget to play harder. For delight, is yet another concept I believe, that is never overrated.

RARE TREASURES!

All those glitters, all that shines, a heart that strives for just what’s right! 

Have you ever come across this feeling, a very intense one indeed, a rare fear? Something to do with losing that precious possession. The beautiful paradox lies in taking for granted, the invaluable treasures.

How often do we regard what we have? Such beautiful ornaments of happiness, small little things that make us smile, give us something that is intrinsic, exemplary.

How often have you spoken up, been honest to yourself, and stood for what you love?

The bits that throttle to let you feel something spectacular, an emotion least accessed. It feels new in this world out here, but it's for real. It gives you a sense of value, something that goes way beyond words, it's surreal.

For blessed are those who manage to find this feeling. A feeling of being guilt-free with a clear conscious.

Sometimes, the mockery of the situation lies in the lack of merit given to this worthy affair. When the claustrophobic feel the suffocation, the mind is a space of the haunted, for the true worth of the known freedom, is then understood.

If you have found that precious little space of yours, it may be a person, a place, or be it what, never let that go away. Hold on tight! It is not about the pain that has to be endured on its loss, but the abundance that you would experience by guarding it for life. Little efforts could brighten your stars, for they always shine, but this would just make it visibly sparkling.

Appreciate it, for not all have found what you have! Treasures are rare after all, shield it with all your might.

SMILE A LOT, IT COSTS NOTHING!

A simple yet vibrant ornament that you wear, a ray of positivity, a guardian angel. For a lot of things could let you down, but your smile, it would never let you fail.

I wonder how appalling a few situations have been, and when I look back at the people that inspire me, one common trait they all possess is the calm, the charm that they emit during times of adversity.

Imagine the amount of energy and optimism that is required to have composure, so attractive. It probably comes with understanding and reception. It takes a lot to be able to have a grit of your own when things don’t go the way you want them to. 

Well, what really goes as per the plan? As much as a lot is in our hands, a lot is left to reality to take over.

The most debated destiny comes into the picture, but I am always amazed at what a profound impact that concept has. Believing it or not is a perception in itself, but receiving it the right way, is an art indeed.
So why frown when we can look at the brighter side?

How much would change anyway by sulking in vain?
Rather, let’s build a self, that’s a contended soul. Being mentally healthy is a top-notch priority and that lies in your own hands. 

Times may change and let’s make way for an avalanche of happiness to take over and when we do wait, let’s build ourselves, to be better versions of ourselves.

The grief may pass but let's long for the cheer, not empty-handed, but with a smile that enlightens the good to come sooner. For as Paulo Coelho says in The Alchemist “And, when you can’t go back, you have to worry only about the best way of moving forward.”

Chasing me!

Fragile is the heart filled with wailing nights and chaos. The one embarking on a journey with no clarity, tough indeed!

How crazily effortless it is to do what you love, right? You’ve got the energy that oozes, naturally. But not everybody is out there, yet. A sweet scar rooted in the depths of mankind; perspicuity is all that the mind seeks. Still trying to figure out, if this is the shell that strives to be fragmented.

And that, oh dear, is completely alright! You may not necessarily be clear at the moment, but you would soon come to terms with what it is, that you’re in the quest of.

Don’t let the world pressurize you, make you something that is not you. You are the most precious version of yourself. True that people are settling, achieving their goals, doing their bit and succeeding unimaginably. But what’s the rush?

Don’t let the world decide your path, let you do something that is not you. Yes, they did it because they found it early.

But you, you take your time! The unexpected may be the only sparkle that would divulge your path. Believe not just in yourself, but in the unbelievable, for who knows, you would be the achiever of the unachievable!

Embrace the uncertainty, the foe to all winners is the fear of change. But you know it well, that is the only inevitable! And one day, things would transform, it would be your day, your charm, your realization of what exactly you have been looking for. That day, your smile would gleam with glory, all the struggle would have found its contented home! Do not stop dreaming. 

The final destination is, after all, a happy you! So continue to find that version of you, that calm, in ultimate chaos. For warriors never let the ambiguity baffle them!

CHEERS TO NEW BEGINNINGS

‘Keep moving ahead, look forward and never look back’, they say. Well, the paradox plays its game when we strive hard to push through the baggage of the past that we carry. For once, just once, look at the humorous mockery the situation beholds. For all those worldly phrases are a soothing melody, tough to achieve, hard to contain.

Often, I would wonder, how it would be to give life a new beginning? A fresh start, a new page to a new story. What holds us back is a glimpse, I realized. A stain that is left behind by bad experiences, insurmountable odds, wrong people, those blinkered attitudes, not so great advises and the guilt of not being true to ourselves.

Beneath all of this, do you see, is a subtle heart that wishes to feel the raw breeze? You’ve all been there, done that, right? The trauma, the crisis, the ashtrays and heartbreaks. But what could have moulded you stronger, if not for these imperfections?

Now flash back at those beautiful souls that stood by you, the greatest moments spent, the smiles that moved creations and the memories that made it all worthwhile.

A true balance it is! We have indeed had the best of both worlds.

Seize the moment and rule your life with your will, for when you decide to be happy, time will connect you to the finest. It's all about the journey, but now, your key to your glee is within you!
